Meat Pie

Instead of slow cooker Thursday, I have an easy cooker.  🙂

Meat Pie

1 lb ground turkey

3 cloves of garlic, pressed

1 can Bean with Bacon soup

1 med. size jar mild picante sauce

2 cups cheddar cheese

1 box Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust

1 tablespoon parsley

1 teaspoon paprika

1 can corn drained

2 big potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked

*Brown meat, add garlic, parsley and paprika

*Mix everything together in a large bowl

*Put 1 pie crust on bottom of greased casserole dish, fill with ingredients, put other pie crust on top.

*Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min. or until the crust is to your liking.

Mmmmm, yummy!

    I believe I use a 2 1/2 quart dish (corningware)
